Cura-Heat heat therapy patches provide deep, penetrating heat for up to 12 hours to alleviate sore, achy muscles and joints. Simply unwrap and apply a patch to clothing to provide painful areas with a warm, healing sensation. Cura-Heat patches will warm up when exposed to air. Each box includes seven individually wrapped heat patches.

Open the pouch, peel away paper strip, place on clothing and attach firmly. Do not knead. Storage: store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
Do not apply directly to skin. Doing so could result in reddening, blisters or burns. Do not apply to thin or delicate fabrics like silk or linen. Doing so could result in burns to skin or damage to fabric. Do not use in one area for more than 12 hours. Remove any time heat pack becomes uncomfortably hot. Do not use on bruises or swelling, or if you are diabetic. Do not use while sleeping, with an electric blanket or heating pad, or near a portable heater. Do not microwave. If you have poor circulation, you are pregnant, or have rheumatoid arthritis, consult a physician before use. Monitor frequently if you have sensitive skin. Do not use on infants and carefully supervise use by children, the elderly and the handicapped or disabled. Ingredients include iron, activated carbon and water. Do not cut heat pack open, do not swallow contents or allow contents to contact skin or eyes. If ingested, contact a poison control center. For contact with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children.
