Color activating lotion: water, hydrogen peroxide, cetearyl alcohol, laureth-23, steareth-21, ceteareth-20, polyquaternium-37, propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, styrene/vp copolymer, ppg-1 trideceth-6, etidronic acid.
